Unfortunately, the workmanship of the construction is very bad. Window frames are leaking water from the rain. The company doing the construction passes it to the management and the management says it is beyond us.

It is a residential area with nice and decent sites. Its proximity to Nata Vega and the Metro, as well as the presence of a contemporary market and nice restaurants at the back, increases its appeal. Prices are a bit high.

While the person upstairs is taking a shower, we wake up to the sound of the shower every morning, as if he was literally taking a shower in our house. Sleeping has become forbidden. It starts around 7. We cannot sleep because of the sound of the shower. I asked the management that there is no sound insulation. We cannot sit on the balcony because of the noise of children, and they turn on music. There is no such thing as peace. My wife cannot sit comfortably on the balcony when she comes from work. The children play games until late at night. Moreover, we are not on the landscaping side. The dues are absurdly high. There is not even a pool. It is not clear what they are charging for in this huge complex.

I don't know if we live in the same place with those who criticize the house so much. All the materials used in the house, especially the pimapen, TEKA brand built-ins, doors, and the hinges used in the kitchen cabinets, were used from the best German brands. From A to Z, everything was done cheaply. It is the first of the house where no one has lived for 4 years. As the owner, I bought it this year and the house has not been deformed even in the slightest. It is very nice with its insulation, 3 elevators and 1 freight elevator on each floor, landscaping, indoor parking, and building cleanliness.

Wallpapers are torn at the entrances of the building, children's bicycles are on the floors, dirty water flows from the pipes in the garages, windows cannot be opened until late at night due to children's voices, the wall of the bedroom is swollen and the plaster is falling on us, the wall will be demolished, no one is interested. Workmanship is 4th class. What is destroyed remains as it was demolished. Management is indifferent. .WOE!!.I definitely do not recommend it, it's a waste of your money, think carefully, no one wants to badmouth the place they live in. Don't be fooled by the appearance.

A monument of bad taste. And that's how much money is paid. The floors look patchy, the rooms are brown parquet, the corridor is white stone, there is no door in the living room, so it looks patchy. The kitchen is gray, white, black, brown, with a color chart of every color. Wallpaper everywhere, including the bathroom and kitchen. The embroidered wallpaper on the only wall of the living room is a disgrace. A small storage room called a dressing room. It's a shame for the money spent.
